Jeff was very competent and thorough. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. Although progress was slow, due entirely to me and the emotion of selling my childhood home after my mother’s passing, he was patient and kind. He was helpful in recommending resources for removal of household items, cleaning, etc. He also did not try to upsell services. Originally, we thought staging would be beneficial, but when it came time to put the home on the market, staging was not needed and he recommended against it. He was correct.
