Absolutely awesome agent and a genuinely nice person as well. I met Heather at a showing quite a few years ago and knew right then that she would be our buyers agent if and when we found a house. Over the years she would keep in touch and keep us in mind. We made a few offers, but nothing materialized. Recently a house came up and we liked it so made an offer. She worked with us and the selling agent, was persistent and our offer was finally accepted while we were on extended foreign travel. With her experience, she managed to navigate a very very complex closing while we were out of town, dealt with a short delay in closing due to the insurance situation in CA and we closed. Working with Heather was fun and a breath of fresh air. She really listened to my personal wants and needs for a home. She never tried to push me outside of my parameters to make the sale and always had my best interest in mind. She was very patient with me and my process and helped me along the way. While I hope to never need her services again for myself I would 100% use her again if I did!
