This is actually our 4th transaction with Heather. We were able to purchase this condo next door to mine for my senior mother to live in. My mom had to sell her previous residence of 40yrs (less valuable) and Heather represented her in the sale. Mom has now moved to a senior living residence and we just sold the condo (IN FOUR DAYS)! My observation in working with Heather is, she gives the same amount of attention, energy and effort whether it’s a massive Gold Coast Mansion or a smaller cozy Harbor Bay Isle Condo. That is meaningful to us as everyone’s assets vary but Heathers devotion to representing homes and her clients does not. She is who I recommend or refer when anyone’s asks if I know a good Realtor…. Actually, I know a great one!
